WAIHEKE ISLAND

Waiheke is home to many rare and precious wildlife taonga (treasures), such as little blue penguin, kaka, spotted shag and Auckland green gecko. These animals are at threat from predation by rats and mustelids (stoats, ferrets and weasel) and they need our help. Predator Free Waiheke will create a safe haven for our Waiheke wildlife to flourish.
